Putting out feelers in the PC gaming community via social media, Ghost Games has determined that "an unlocked frame rate in Need for Speed is a massive priority for you, and we fully agree".

Meanwhile Xbox One and PS4 console gamers will get the new Need for Speed game release, as previously announced, on 3 rd November in the US and 5 th November worldwide.

In a blog post the developers said the extra time was necessary to work on unlocking the frame rate and boosting visuals for PC gamers. Ghost Games, the developers behind the upcoming Need for Speed reboot, are delaying the launch of the game on PC until next Spring.
